01 — The brief

What this actually is.

Most business websites are a brochure with a contact form stapled to the end. We build the other kind: a site that loads before the visitor loses interest, says what you do in the first screen, and makes the next step obvious on every page after it. The design, the copy and the code all start from the same question — how does your customer actually decide to buy?

You probably need this if

  • Your site is older than three years — or was never really finished
  • It looks acceptable on a desktop and falls apart on a phone
  • Traffic arrives, reads a page, and leaves without contacting you
  • You can't change a price or a photo without emailing a developer
  • You sell well in person and have no way to sell online

02 — What's included

Everything that lands in the engagement.

A design, not a template

Every page laid out around your business and your buyers — no theme bought for $59 and reskinned in your colours.

A front end built by hand

Modern, lightweight code that scores where it matters: Core Web Vitals, mobile data, older phones, patchy signal.

E-commerce that closes

Product pages, cart and checkout designed to remove friction — plus payments, shipping and stock wired in properly.

A CMS you can actually use

Change a price, swap a photo, publish a post. If you need us to edit your own website, we built it wrong.

Technical SEO from day one

Clean structure, fast rendering, schema, sitemaps and metadata baked in — not retrofitted six months after launch.

Measurement wired in

Analytics, conversion events and search console configured at launch, so you know what the site is doing from week one.

03 — How we run it

The order we work in.

Discovery & architecture

We map who buys from you, what they need to see, and the shortest path between those two things. That map becomes the sitemap.

Design in the browser

Key pages designed and reviewed as real, responsive screens — so you sign off on the site itself, not a flat picture of one.

Build & integrate

Front end, CMS, payments, forms and third-party tools built in tight iterations you can watch land on a live staging URL.

Test on the real thing

Real devices, real browsers, real connection speeds. Accessibility, forms, checkout and performance are checked before launch, not after complaints.

Launch & hand over

Migration, redirects, DNS and monitoring handled — then a walkthrough so your team owns the site the day it goes live.

04 — What changes

What you're left holding.

  • Pages that load in under two seconds on mobile data

  • One obvious next step on every page of the site

  • A site your team can update without a retainer

What we work in

  • React & TypeScript
  • Next.js · TanStack Start
  • Shopify & WooCommerce
  • Headless CMS
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Cloudflare & Vercel

05 — Questions

The ones people actually ask.

01

How long does a website take?

A focused brand site is typically four to six weeks from kickoff to launch; an e-commerce build with custom functionality runs six to ten. We give you a dated schedule before we start and tell you immediately if anything threatens it.

02

Do I own the site when it launches?

Completely. Code, domain, hosting accounts and CMS logins are all in your name. There is no proprietary platform holding your website hostage, and no monthly fee required to keep it online.

03

Can you work with the site I already have?

Often, yes. We audit what exists first — sometimes the fastest route is fixing performance, structure and conversion on your current site rather than rebuilding it. We tell you honestly which one you need.

04

Do you write the content too?

Yes. Page copy, product descriptions and headings are part of the build, written for how people search and how your customers talk. You review and approve everything before it ships.
