01 — The brief

What this actually is.

SEO goes wrong when it starts at the end — buying links for a site search engines struggle to crawl, or publishing articles nobody was searching for. We work in order: fix what blocks the crawler, build the pages that answer real queries, then earn the authority that makes those pages outrank the incumbents. It is slower to start and far harder to undo.

You probably need this if

  • You rank for your own brand name and almost nothing else
  • A previous agency built links and rankings dropped afterwards
  • Competitors with worse products sit above you and you don't know why
  • You publish blog posts that never bring in traffic
  • You are invisible in the map pack for your own city

02 — What's included

Everything that lands in the engagement.

A technical audit that gets actioned

Crawl, index, speed, structure and mobile issues found and fixed — not handed over as a 60-page PDF for you to solve.

Keyword and intent mapping

The searches your buyers actually run, sorted by intent and difficulty, then mapped to the page that should own each one.

On-page done properly

Titles, headings, internal linking, schema and copy rewritten page by page against the query each page is built to win.

Content that ranks and converts

Service pages, location pages and articles written to satisfy the search — and to sell once the visitor is reading.

Off-page authority building

Digital PR, citations, listings and genuine relevant placements. Earned links from real sites, not a network you can buy by the hundred.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile, map-pack visibility, reviews and local landing pages for businesses that sell in a specific place.

03 — How we run it

The order we work in.

Audit & baseline

A full technical and content audit plus a snapshot of where you rank today — so improvement is measured, not asserted.

Fix the foundations

Crawl errors, index bloat, speed, redirects, duplicate content and mobile issues cleared before any content goes out.

Build the architecture

Pages created and consolidated so each target query has exactly one page built to win it, linked sensibly to the rest.

Earn the authority

Ongoing digital PR, citations and outreach to lift domain strength on the pages that are closest to breaking through.

Measure & iterate

Monthly review of rankings, clicks and conversions — then next month is spent on whatever the data says is nearest to moving.

04 — What changes

What you're left holding.

  • Traffic that arrives with intent, not just volume

  • Rankings that survive core updates instead of collapsing

  • A pipeline that keeps producing when the ad budget pauses

What we work in

  • Google Search Console
  • Ahrefs & Semrush

05 — Questions

The ones people actually ask.

01

How long before SEO works?

Technical fixes can show within weeks. Competitive rankings take longer — eight to twelve weeks for early movement, six months for meaningful positions on valuable terms. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling something else.

02

Do you guarantee a number-one ranking?

No, and neither can anyone else honestly. We commit to the work, the schedule and transparent reporting on rankings, traffic and conversions — not to a position no agency controls.

03

What kind of links do you build?

Relevant, earned placements: digital PR, industry publications, legitimate directories and local citations. We do not touch private blog networks or bulk link packages — they work briefly and then cost you the rankings you paid for.

04

Can you fix a site penalised by an update?

Usually. We diagnose whether the drop is technical, content quality or link-profile related, clean up what caused it, and rebuild from the foundations. Recovery timelines depend on what was done before we arrived.
